The one and only international airport in Cebu is the Mactan International Airport which is located in the city of Mactan. It is advisable to travel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays since these days offer the cheapest airfares. Mondays and weekends are more expensive due to business and holiday travelers who plan to stay longer. If you want to save money, you may not want to travel on these days.
