You can find low-cost charter flights to Varadero, served by CanJet Airlines and WestJet Airlines Ltd., coming mainly from Canada. After arriving at the aiport, the best transport choice to get to your destination in Cuba is by bus, much cheaper than tourist taxi. For more convenience, you can also take a special tourist minibus, a bit more expensive than the public bus transport but highly commendable.
