Guam Visa
Guam, the largest of the Mariana Islands, is an organized but unincorporated territory of the United States of America. For foreign nationals who plan to visit this territory, requirements for entry to Guam are the same as for any other United States destination. A Guam visa is not required for U.S. citizens entering the territory; rather, presentation of a machine-readable passport is required. However, if a traveler is coming from the U.S. mainland or another U.S. territory only proof of citizenship and a valid photo identification card are required.
Citizens of other countries need to have a valid passport as well as a Guam visa, unless they are residents of a country eligible for the visa waiver program. Visa requirements and application procedures are the same as in the mainland United States. Under the USA Visa Waiver Program, nationals of qualified countries may travel to Guam visa-free for 90 days. Under the Guam Visa Waiver Program, qualified nationals may enter Guam visa-free for a maximum stay of 15 days based on the following conditions: the visit is for transit, tourist, or business purposes only; the air carrier is a participant in the Guam Visa Waiver Program; and visitors submit a completed and signed visa waiver form that can be obtained from the airline. Travelers who visit Guam under any of the visa waiver programs enter the territory as non-immigrants. If your country is not qualified or you wish to stay in Guam for an extended duration, you should check with any Guam embassy for requirements.
