An international airport, the Karlovy Vary Airport (KLV), is located about six and a half km south of the town. The fifth largest airport in the entire Czech Republic, it receives a good amount of international air traffic. Taxis are available to the city throughout the day at the airport. Also a bus travels from the city to the airport and back, seven times a day.
