John Paul II International Airport Krakow-Balice (KRK) is located in the village of Balice, just about seven miles west of the center of Krakow. KRK has one international terminal and one domestic terminal. The "Balice Ekspres" runs between the main railway station, Krakow Glowny, and the airport. Public busses provide transportation to the main railway station and to the bus station.
