All flights into Oaxaca land at Xoxocotlan International Airport (OAX), which is located about 15 minutes from the city. Buses and taxis travel to the city from the airport. The city streets are busy, so the taxi is the preferred option. Xoxocotlan is only one terminal and a small airport but not particularly crowded.
