The major airport serving the city and the rest of Iceland is Keflavik International Airport (KEF), located in the town of Keflavik, which is 50 km from Reykavik. It is the base for Iceland's national airline, Icelandair, and for Iceland Express. A shuttle bus service is available to ferry passengers into Reykavik.
