The Hua Hin Airport (HHQ) is located around 300 km from Bangkok. The airport is a 15-minute drive to the center of Hua Hin. The only flights available in this airport are those carried by the SGA airlines from Bangkok. Flights from Bangkok to Hua Hin last about half an hour. Some tourists traveling to Hua Hin take a direct flight to Bangkok and ride the bus or shuttle to the town.
