Corpus Christi International Airport (CRP) is located about eight miles from the downtown central business district. The airport is a free Wi-fi hot spot and has many amenities for the traveler. Busses, including those for special needs that are available by advance reservation, have regular service to downtown, as do six taxi companies outside of the baggage claim area. Most local hotels provide shuttle service that can be requested through a phone board located in the baggage claim area if one is not already sitting out front. You also have Limo service available, and of course, rental cars. Avis, Advantage, Dollar, National, and Hertz all have rental counters in the baggage claim area. Thrifty and Enterprise operate convenient shuttles to their off-airport locations.
